I started in fitness as an athlete and later as a personal trainer in a local gym. I was able to help clients achieve their fitness goals. My clients ranged from young athletes looking to improve their performance to older adults who wanted to improve their overall health and wellness.
I believe that fitness is just one aspect of a person's overall well-being and that nutrition, sleep, and stress management are equally important. I work with my clients to develop individualized plans that take into account their unique goals, lifestyle, and preferences. Every human body is unique.

This service usually begins with an initial Zoom meeting between you and me, where your goals, fitness level, and any relevant (medical) information are discussed. Based on this information, I’ll create a customized blueprint that includes exercise routines, meal plans, supplement protocols, sleep optimization, my own fitness ebook and any other necessary recommendations for achieving your goals.
During the process you receive ongoing support and guidance through regular check-ins with me. These check-ins will go trough video calls/email correspondence/ messaging through Whatsapp and/or in person. With various logs, I keep track of your results weekly so we can see exactly how things are going to achieve lasting results.
